Golf is waarschijnlijk een van de zwaarste sporten als het gaat om mentale belasting. En dat herkennen we allemaal, ook al zijn we geen pro.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/maxmyperformance.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Tigger4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1615\" src=\"http:\/\/maxmyperformance.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Tigger4-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"stress en golf\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a>Ons instinct tot rust brengen<\/strong><br \/>\nHet gebruik van mentale training is dus niet nieuw, wel het recentelijk wetenschappelijke inzicht dat onze menselijke geest geregeerd wordt door onze instincten, gelegen in het reptielenbrein. Als we dus onze mind willen trainen zullen we in ieder geval dit oudste deel van onze hersenen (500 miljoen jaar!) moeten bereiken. Met alle bekende (cognitieve) methodes gebeurd dat onvoldoende, die werken vooral op denk- en emotioneel niveau. In de dagelijkse praktijk blijkt telkens dat topatleten falen als de spanning te hoog wordt. Hun mentale training is onvoldoende. En dat heeft te maken met het feit dat het reptielenbrein slechts reageert op geur en resonantie, ongevoelig dus voor taal !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resonantie is de oplossing<\/strong><br \/>\nWe hebben dus andere vormen nodig die ervoor zorgen dat we op het diepste niveau kunnen ontspannen. PPD resonantie is zo\u2019n vorm.<br \/>\nOntstaan in vluchtelingenkampen om mensen af te helpen van hun oorlogstrauma\u2019s, blijkt het ook uitstekend te werken voor \u2018gewone\u2019 mensen, in hun priv\u00e9leven, op het werk en ook op de golfbaan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/maxmyperformance.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/foto-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1612\" src=\"http:\/\/maxmyperformance.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/foto-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"golf en stress\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>De PPD resonantie werkt via resonantiefrequenties waar je 5-10 minuten per dag via een mp3 naar luistert. Dat is alles. Er ontstaan diepe ontspanning die zich laat zien als meer innerlijke rust, meer focus, makkelijker fysiek ontspannen en het eenvoudiger negeren van beperkende gedachtes (dat wordt niks, ik kan het niet, wat doe ik hier, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topatleten gebruiken het al<\/strong><br \/>\nTopatleten uit andere sporten hebben reeds de bijzondere werking ervaren: \u201cHet gaat me veel makkelijker af om het verstand op nul te zetten, te ontspannen en dus te voorkomen dat er verkramping ontstaat. Ook als ik niet train maar gewoon aan het werk ben en andere dagelijkse dingen doe merk ik de positieve invloed van de PPD resonantie.
